HOW I COOKED MY FRIED RICE.
1. Parboiling my Rice was the first step I took in other to make a delicious meal for my Easter Sunday rice.
2. I Chopped my vegetables ( carrots, peas, bell peppers, onions) and any protein (chicken, Liver ) into small uniform pieces.
3. I made sure all additional ingredients like eggs and green onions were ready.
4. My pot was placed on the fire and the my groundnut oil was added to it and allow to steam for a few seconds.
5. I add my chopped vegetables and protein to the heated oil. Stir-fry until my vegetables are tender and all my protein were cooked thoroughly.
6. Adding my parboiled rice to the heated oil was my next step.
7. Added my seasonings and stirred and allow to Cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until everything is heated through and well combined. serve hot.
